Understand and develop effective sourcing strategies for a diverse range of positions across the company
Manage the entire recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Support all human resources-related action changes including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
Assist in the termination process, including manager and employee discussions, performing exit interviews, completing necessary documentation, and analyzing termination data.
Maintain employee files and records in ADP
Assist in employee onboarding program management and conduct the onboarding training
Responding to employee inquiries about benefits, vacation, and other employment related issues
Contribute to performance management processes, including performance evaluations and performance improvement plans
Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure HR compliance across the organization.
About You
Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related for an accredited Canadian institution
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR Generalist duties including onboarding, terminations, and recruitment
Proficiency with MS Excel is required
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset
Previous experience in the Supply Chain/Logisitics industry is considered an asset
High attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn
Salary Range $60,000 - $65,000/year
