Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Saint-Laurent

Are you looking for your next challenge in HR? Do you have 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist? Are you looking for a hybrid role in Saint-Laurent?
Our client, a company specialized in research and bio-innovation, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner!
As the HR Business Partner, your role is to collaborate with organizational leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives. You will develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures in coordination with the HR team. You will provide guidance and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement, is essential. You will also assist in recruitment, oversee onboarding, manage employee relations, deliver HR training, cultivate relationships with stakeholders, champion employee rights, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations to communicate relevant updates effectively.

- Salary up to $115K according to experience + 15% bonus
- 4 weeks of vacation + 1 during holidays

Your profile?
- 5 years of solid HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher degree (additional education highly valued)
- Proactive approach with a focus on developing HR projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of diplomacy
- Bilingual to communicate with offices in Vancouver
