Req #1466Monday, April 1, 2024BIOVECTRA Inc. is a leading bio-science business in Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia, focused on contract manufacturing and product development of active pharmaceutical ingredients, pharmaceutical intermediates, and bioreagents.BioVectra Inc. has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Charlottetown, PEI.The candidate will be responsible for:

• Administering various human resources plans and procedures.
• Administering the compensation program and performance evaluation program, including pay and benefits as required.
• Administering recruitment.
• Advising on employee relations.
• Compiling and complete HR reporting and data analysis.
• Managing the Human Resources Talent Management Information System.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Participating in the implementation of Human Resources projects and initiatives and ensures alignment throughout the business.
• Participating in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
• Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s request.

The successful candidate for this position should have:

• Post Secondary Education.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or business administration is an asset.
• Minimum five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cGMP or similar manufacturing experience would be an asset.
