Our workforce accommodation client is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner! This role offers fleixble hybrid work arrangement. If you are a go-getter and have expertise in labour relations and seniority-based recruitment process, this is the opportunity for you! This role is for 6 months with the possibility of a permanent role. Role Responsibilities:

• Provides general HR support to the operations team including employee relations, performance management, disability management, disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution
• Contributes to work related to talent management, organizational design, change management, workforce planning and analysis
• Provides full cycle recruitment service to the operations team
• Supports labour relations activities with sound knowledge of collective agreements and labour legislation

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of human resources work experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business or a combination of education and experience
• CPHR designation would be an asset
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to potentially travel to the site once every quarter
• Experience with seniority-based collective agreement, specifically with layoff and recall procedures
• Experience in an avisory capacity within a unionized environment
• Proficiency with MS Office, JD Edwards, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle (or another cloud-based software) would be a strong asset
