full- time Assistant Human Resources Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities



Assist with administering various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, corporate training, and health & safety.

Assist with checking timesheets and finalizing payroll bi-weekly

Assist with the administration and management of the company policy manual, including ongoing maintenance and updates based on changes to company policies and new legislation.

Assist with employee relations including scheduling, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, performance improvement and terminations.

Assist with maintaining employee documents

Qualifications



0 -2 years of experience administering HR functions with computer efficiency in MS office, HRIS systems, Time & Attendance programs, and Payroll administration.

A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related education and working knowledge of current applicable legislation.

CHRP designation is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
