You will be accountable for providing administrative and information processing services to the staff of the Leadership and Organization Development Group.Specifically, you will:Provide assistance and support related to Leadership and Organization development programming to our internal stakeholders including employees, various levels of leaders and human resource business partners.Organize logistics for training by liaising with external vendors, internal partners and presenters to coordinate arrangements for training and development activitiesInteracts with employees seeking enrolment in Hydro One\'s leadership training programs and coordinates the registration process within the Learning Management System (Success Factors)Providing customer service including responding to inquiries related to training and maintaining HR Inbox and calendarAssist with the preparation of course evaluations including data gathering, statistical summaries and reportsTracks cost and enrolment information for development programs and liaises with other departmental contacts on cost/accounts payable mattersParticipate in special assignments relating to the Group\xe2\x80\x99s work programs.Selection CriteriaHR Certificate or Bachelor degree in Business or related field (or 2-3 years relevant work experience in a corporate environment)Previous administrative experience, including event planning and coordinating logisticsStrong interpersonal skills, customer-service oriented, solutions-focused and a positive attitudeAdvanced computer skills including facility with MS Office Word, Excel, and Power Point (Access an asset)Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated time management and organizational skills; ability to handle a high volume workload while effectively changing priorities in a fast-paced environment that involves managing tight deadlinesDemonstrated attention to detail/accuracy/thoroughnessWork well independently as well as on a team and demonstrate initiativeAt Hydro One we understand that the success and strength of our business rests with our people.
