At Prometic, employees work at saving lives, one role at a time. Located at the heart of the Cit\xc3\xa9 de la Biotech in Laval, Prometic is in full growth-mode now that we are commercializing a treatment recently approved by the FDA for orphan diseases affecting children. This treatment, made of plasma-derived proteins, will allow these children to have a new pathway to hope. To contribute to this revolutionary and innovative project, we are looking for a Human Resources Advisor. The Human Resources Advisor will contribute to the team\xe2\x80\x99s success by:

• Focusing primarily on our full cycle talent acquisition process, including pre-hire documentation, candidate selection, background screening and onboarding.
• Providing daily support and guidance in all activities related to core Human Resources programs to ensure the overall business strategy is met. This includes coaching, and the development, interpretation and application of HR policies and programs.
• Acting as the primary contact for short- and long-term leaves, managing the workplace injury process, as required.

You are the right person for this role because you have:

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Human Resources
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a unionized environment, with a main focus in talent acquisition
• The ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English
• Solid knowledge of the talent acquisition process and at ease to use social media for recruitment purposes.
• Previous experience with CNESST and disability management
