We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator (12 month contract) to join our People & Culture Team. This key role supports team members in the North America Travel Corporation\xe2\x80\x99s family of brands.

HOW YOU\'LL WORK

General HR & Administration:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee files ensuring new information or changes in employment status are updated in a timely manner
  • Preparation of various HR documentation including transfer letters, HR Change forms, and employment confirmation letters
  • Update internal Sharepoint site to reflect current policies and relevant information
  • Working on Employee engagement events
  • Provides back-up coverage to departmental assistants as required
Onboarding:
  • Manage all internal announcements such as new hires and promotions
  • Conduct the new hire orientation
  • Assist in the coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
Recruitment:
  • Assist in coordinating campus recruiting and attending campus-recruiting events
  • Contribute to the recruitment process, posting and removing job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling meetings
  • Conduct background checks
  • Maintain the recruitment dashboard
RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
  • At least one year of working experience in a HR role
  • College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience in maintaining confidential HR files
  • Solid knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Outlook and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-directed with the ability to organize, plan, prioritize and multi-task.
