We put you first:Profit sharing planTelemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributionsAccessible gym space or annual flexible reimbursement programEmployee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)Salary range for Human Resources Administration Technician is $45,000 - $50,000 USD annually and is based on experienceAt our facility in Lancaster you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Human Resources Administration Technician :Handle training certification cards for production, development, follow-up, and trackingEnsure supervisors follow up with operators on safety certification cards (30 days) and other certificationsSpot check payroll, verify time entries, and address payroll questionsRun payroll reports using the UKG payroll systemManage employee benefits, provide information on coverage changes, and follow up on benefit plan enrollmentConduct orientation and pre-employment processes (medical, background checks)Follow up with candidates and ensure a welcoming onboarding experienceAssist employees without laptops during onboardingPrepare and send weekly production variance analysis and waste reports to finance/plant managerOrganize company events such as summer picnics, monthly safety launches, holiday parties, health fairs, and Earth Day activitiesCreate and implement plans for volunteering initiativesAssist with background checks, medical checks, and psychometric assessmentsPerform additional HR tasks as requiredBring out the best in yourself!Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.You too, put forward your strengths:Minimum 1 year of similar experience in payroll, HR, or administration, with HR assistance experienceMinimum high school diploma with studies in HR or AdministrationProven ability to manage agendas, training certification cards, and maintain accurate recordsCapable of working independently while effectively collaborating with supervisors and team membersSkilled in assisting employees with varying levels of tech-savviness, ensuring smooth onboarding and training processesDedicated to supporting colleagues with payroll, benefits, and onboarding, showing engagement and careExcellent at following up on medical processes, benefit plan enrollments, and training certificationsExperienced with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), UKG, SAP, and HRISWe look forward to meeting you!About CascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
