Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legislation, employee relations, and strategic planning, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to:

Managing talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Administering employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture Overseeing employee evaluation processes and performance management systems Providing support in benefits administration and workforce management Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws Facilitating change management initiatives and succession planning efforts Implementing affirmative action planning strategies to promote diversity within the workforce Supporting training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth Managing employee relations issues and conflict management effectively

Qualifications:

Able to communicate clearly and effectively Strong understanding of Employment Standards, Human Rights and Employment Laws Strong ethics regarding confidentiality and privacy Ability to handle a fast-paced environment 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
