The Human Resources Generalist's role is to effectively manage the interview, application and hiring of employees and professional assets from beginning to end. The Human Resources Generalist ensures that all new hires are properly on-boarded, trained and maintained throughout their employment at Wheel King. This role ensures quality of personnel through continuous follow up and correction. This role ensures that we are bringing on new, quality employees quicker than we are terminating them or them resigning. This role will improve the retention numbers and decrease the number of personnel leaving the company. The Human Resource Generalist will be jointly responsible in ensuring that the company is meeting its profitability goals by ensuring company hires and retains talented employees required to aid the planning and operations department in achieving company goals in terms of revenue and profitability. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job profile designing, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Primary Objectives
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Hiring talented and experienced employees with suitable domain knowledge to create superior work force
- Orientation, on-boarding and exiting of all employees
