As a member of this collaborative team, you can expect a safe, diverse and inclusive environment, and on-going learning and career development opportunities.About the Role:The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Coordinator/Administrator Intern at Graham plays a crucial role in supporting the safety and compliance efforts of our projects. Reporting directly to the HSE Supervisor or Manager, this internship provides valuable hands-on experience in both administrative duties and on-site coordination responsibilities.As an HSE Intern at Graham you will:

  • Assist in coordinating with project management teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to educate project personnel on safety procedures and practices.
  • Support in conducting site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Assist in incident investigations and reporting procedures.
  • Update E-Learning (Orientations and training)
  • Review and count/track /organize BBO\'s and FLRA\'s for all projects
  • Help generate and analyze HSE performance reports.
  • Assist in managing HSE document control, including preparation of KPI and training reports.
  • Support in inventory and distribution of HSE materials.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at a college or technical school.
  • Prior document control experience within a Construction environment is considered an asset
  • Certification in Health and Safety, or a safety designation is an asset
  • Prior internship or work experience in a related field is preferred but not required
  • Understanding of HSE management systems and general constructability is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and online reporting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
