Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and monitor accident and incident statistics, as well as safety violations. Review documentation for accuracy and provide constructive feedback. Inventory and track safety-related training for workers. Ensure compliance with safety documents for workers and subcontractors. Keep management informed about any issues impacting work performance. Provide support to HSE Managers and liaise with the Human Resources department. Advocate for and adhere to all health and safety rules, policies, and procedures. Participate in site operations and planning to promote safety. Assist with audit processes and claims/injury management. Coordinate, prepare, and proofread documents, including correspondence, presentations, and reports. Prepare client materials and HSE pre-qualification questionnaires. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Maintain department and project files, ensuring confidentiality. Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

Qualifications/Requirements:



2-3 years of prior HSE administrative experience preferred. Fluent in English with strong writing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams) and other safety software programs. Knowledgeable in operating office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.). Exceptional time-management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience with online pre-qualification sites is an asset.
