Position Overview:

We are seeking an

experienced HSE Administrator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental compliance, with hands-on experience managing COR audits and working with multiple safety platforms. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain company HSE programs, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and lead COR audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Manage and update multiple safety management platforms and databases. Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analyses. Track, report, and analyze HSE performance metrics. Support training initiatives and maintain accurate safety documentation and records. Communicate effectively with all departments to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSE administrative or coordination role. Proven experience conducting or coordinating COR audits. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in using multiple safety management systems and platforms. (e.g., OH&S, COR, ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Relevant HSE certifications or post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety considered an asset.
