POSITION TITLE: HRMS Support Consultant- Bilingual
REPORTS TO: Manager, Client Services
WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m
LOCATION: Montreal, QC

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Helpline:

- Deal with application oriented questions regarding functionality of all ADP Canada Human Resource software products and regarding data fields in the applications, their purpose, and how they relate to other data elements in the database and HR practices generally

- Assist clients in functionality and problems resolution with ADP's standard interfaces to payroll

Technical Support:

- Investigate all technical related calls, sourcing the cause of the issue and the best path to resolution

- Determine the nature of technical related calls and escalate to technical services when necessary

General

- Document all incoming calls using the established call tracking systems

- Monitor all outstanding calls and follow up with assigned technical representative if call has been escalated

- Interact with team members to advise and communicate any client situations or requirements

- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings - Assist and participate in HRMS special projects and functions as required

EDUCATION

BA/Diploma in Business or equivalent in education and experience.

CRITICAL POSITION CRITERIA:

- One to two years of experience in Human Resources administration, HRIS implementation, training, consulting or a related role

- Fluently bilingual: English and French

- Application knowledge on Word Processing, Spreadsheet, preferably MS Office products

-Proven record of delivering excellent customer experience.

-Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) and the ability to organize tasks in a logical priority.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a group or a team.

- Aptitude for learning new applications and operating environments - HR designation is desirable

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITa?S :

Ligne d'aide :

- Repondre aux questions d'application sur les fonctions de tous les produits logiciels de ressources humaines d'ADP Canada et sur les champs de donnees des applications, leur objectif et la faaon dont ils sont lies a d'autres donnees de la base de donnees et aux pratiques des RH en general.

- Aider les clients dans l'utilisation des fonctions et la resolution de problames relatifs aux interfaces standards d'ADP avec la paie.

Soutien technique :

- Enquater sur tous les appels techniques, trouver la cause des problames et le meilleur moyen de les regler.

- Determiner la nature des appels techniques et, au besoin, les transferer aux services techniques.

Generalites :

- Documenter tous les appels entrants en utilisant les systames etablis de suivi des appels.

- Surveiller tous les appels en attente et en assurer le suivi avec le representant technique dans les cas de recours hierarchique.

- Interagir avec les membres de l'equipe afin de les conseiller et de leur faire connaatre les enjeux ou les exigences du client.

- Prendre part aux reunions hebdomadaires et mensuelles.

- Collaborer et participer aux fonctions et aux projets speciaux des SGRH, au besoin.

a?TUDES

Baccalaureat/diplame en administration des affaires ou l'equivalent en matiare d'etudes et d'experience

PRINCIPALES EXIGENCES :

- Un a deux ans d'experience en gestion des ressources humaines, en implantation des SIRH, en formation, en consultation ou dans un poste semblable

- Parfaitement bilingue : franaais et anglais

- Connaissances des applications de traitement de texte et de feuille de calcul, de preference celles des produits MS Office

- Antecedents eprouves dans l'offre d'une excellente experience client

- Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles, capacite a communiquer efficacement tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit et capacite a organiser ses taches selon des priorites logiques

- Capacite a travailler de faaon autonome et en equipe

- Aptitude pour l'apprentissage de nouvelles applications et de nouveaux environnements d'exploitation

- Formation en RH souhaitee
