About this Position:



This position will be scheduled for 40 working hours, Monday - Friday between the operating hours of 9:00 AM (PST) - 6:00 PM (PST). This position can be based out of any province in Canada. Please note travel may be required within Canada and the USA. At this time, we can only consider applicants with Canadian permanent residence or citizenship status. The Role:



This position is for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to lead and support the implementation of ADP Workforce Now and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions. This role plays a critical part in delivering end-to-end HR technology projects by aligning system functionality with HR strategies and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with HRIS platforms and a strong understanding of HR modules, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, HR Core, Performance, Compensation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Qualifications:



5-10 years of experience in HRIS implementation, HR systems support, or business systems analysis in a corporate or consulting environment. Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting ADP Workforce Now and UKG (Pro, Ready, or Dimensions) modules. Proven success in deploying one or more HR functional modules:
Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, HR Core, Performance, Compensation, and LMS.

Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices. Experience with system configuration, testing, deployment, and user support across complex organizations. Familiarity with system integration concepts and tools (e.g., XML, Web Services, SOAP, REST, SSO, SAML). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between business and technical audiences. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in both internal HRIS roles and client-facing consulting environments. Knowledge of other HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. Project management or business analysis certification (e.g., PMP, CBAP) and/or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. Experience with global or multi-state HRIS implementations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of ADP Workforce Now and UKG platforms across various HR modules:
Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, HR Core, Performance, Compensation, and LMS.

Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and design solutions that align with current and future-state processes. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to define needs and establish project scope. Coordinate implementation activities across multiple departments and locations, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project. Assist with data mapping, standardization, cleansing, and migration to ensure data integrity across systems. Configure and support system modules and workflows based on business requirements and compliance standards. Collaborate with IT to oversee system integration planning and documentation; ensure API, SSO, and data feeds are effectively implemented (development handled by IT). Develop process documentation, interface specifications, field mappings, configuration records, and end-user training guides. Perform and support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure readiness for deployment. Track project milestones, identify risks and issues, and escalate concerns to the project lead or leadership team. Provide go-live and post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, user training, and process refinement. Promote and maintain system governance, data quality, and reporting accuracy across modules.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



Extensive knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro systems, including configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support. Familiarity with HR compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices in HR technology implementations. Knowledge of systems integration, data migration, and reporting tools commonly used with HRIS platforms. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple HRIS implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are maintained. Ability to lead full-cycle HRIS implementations with minimal supervision, from discovery and design through testing, go-live, and support. Ability to align system functionality with HR strategy, ensuring that business processes are enhanced, not constrained, by technology. Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity while handling sensitive employee information.
