We have now completed our pivotal clinical study and our focus is on regulatory approvals and commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with expertise in Ceridian Dayforce to join our Talent team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on all things Dayforce, responsible for optimizing system use, delivering training, and creating reports to support business decisions.

You'll partner closely with leaders to ensure our systems are used effectively across functions - optimizing usability, data reliability, and operational efficiencies across the tools available.

Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

What you'll be doing



Your core responsibilities will include:



Serve as the primary contact for Dayforce system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting Troubleshoots and resolves system issues, and provides user support and training to HR staff and end-users Oversees HRIS activities, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise systems Design, develop, and deliver training sessions, user guides, and materials for HR, managers, and employees Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations and business needs Analyze business needs and translate them into functional workflows and system improvements Ensure data reliability through audits, validation, and quality control Support Dayforce integrations with other systems such as ATS, Finance, or external vendors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and optimize system usage Stay current with Dayforce capabilities, HR technology trends, and compliance changes Document configurations, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

4-6+ years of HRIS experience, including 2+ years hands-on with Ceridian Dayforce Strong experience in: System configuration (HCM, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) Training creation and facilitation for system users at all levels Advanced report writing using Dayforce tools (e.g., Report Builder, Insights) Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes in a Canadian (and/or U.S.) context High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.

As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium's stock option plan.

$72,000 - $103,000 (CAD Annually)
