Enter data into payroll and HR systems for creating positions and employee life events Participate in administrative activities for talent recruitment, onboarding, and temporary staffing Serve as a resource for employees on practices, programs, benefits, and disability management Support workforce deployment planning and organize training activities Address pay, benefits, HR programs, and system-related queries from supervisors and employees Handle full-cycle hourly recruitment, new hire orientation, and exit interviews Manage payroll tasks, update employment trackers, handle short-term disability claims, and assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities Update the Training Matrix with new training and identify upcoming training needs

You too, put forward your strengths:



Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment Undergraduate or post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management Collaborative spirit, high level of autonomy and discretion needed to work closely with all team members Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, employment standard act, disciplinary procedures and disability management Flexibility and capacity to support two plants (Scarborough and Mississauga) Own a vehicle as you will be travelling to both plants
