Robert Half is seeking an experienced Systems Business Analyst for our Calgary Client to fulfill a contract/temporary role. As the successful candidate for the role, you will be accountable for developing and implementing analytics and solutions, reporting, and providing support to the organization through ongoing reviews of current processes. You possess solid technical IT knowledge along with top-notch knowledge of business analysis. This role is based in the Calgary, Alberta region but is open to remote working permissions for eligible candidates.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• 2 + years proven working experience in similar role with proficient experience and strong ability in business analysis and customer service
• Solid experience in reporting and process documentation
• Open to researching, learning, and utilizing new technologies and tools available
• Good knowledge and working ability with Data Analytics and Business Intelligence concepts
• Excellent communication skills, capability to share ideas and work successfully within a team in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail, and an ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a cross functional team environment
• UKG pro experience - analyst/admin is a definite asset
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
