Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are looking for top talent to join our team! We have a 24-month contract position for an HR Systems Integration Analyst.
The HR Systems Integration Analyst will play a vital role in the successful implementation of Dayforce Benefits. This specialist will bring a unique combination of technical expertise and subject matter knowledge in Total Rewards (Pensions/Benefits/Compensation) to support the deployment of the new technology. Collaborating with the Payroll project teams, they will ensure the system\'s seamless integration, gather business and system requirements, and promote the adoption of best practices in solution delivery and design.
Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:
1. Project Support: Work closely with the Director, Total Rewards Systems and the Implementation Lead to facilitate the smooth implementation of Ceridian Dayforce. Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, configurations, data infrastructure and integrations with existing systems. Understand industry best practices and apply this knowledge to optimize systems functionality
2. Business & System requirements: Collaborate with Total Rewards SMEs to gather and document comprehensive business and system requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable plans and solutions.
3. Technical expertise: Provide technical expertise to ensure Ceridian Dayforce meets the organization\'s needs. Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct system testing, and work with the Implementation team to ensure optimal system functionality.
4. Integrations: Work closely with IT project teams to manage effective integrations with third-party vendors (e.g. SEP, Manulife, Desjardins), as well as other internal systems. Ensure seamless data flow between Dayforce and other external/internal systems, maintaining data accuracy and system reliability.
5. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with Project SME\'s and third-party vendors to understand their APIs, data structures, and integration requirements. Collaborate with Pensions and Benefits Directors to negotiate and manage vendor agreements, ensuring that integrations are executed effectively.
6. Data Mapping and Transformation: Create data maps and transformation processes to ensure data consistency and integrity when transferring information between the Dayforce and external systems. This includes data validation, cleansing, and enrichment as needed
7. System Testing: Collaborate with Total Rewards SMEs to develop test scripts, plans, scenarios and cases to ensure system functions correctly. Participate in system testing and provide feedback for necessary adjustments.
8. Issue Resolution: Act a primary point of contact for technical issues, integrations, and testing during each phase of the project. Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions and escalate complete issues when necessary
9. Change Management & Transition Planning: Partner with Project Leads to create transition plans for current and future work flows and integrations. Assist in developing change management activities before, during and after cutover.
