An exciting role has come up in our Americas Field HR team. We are looking for a HR Service Advisor who is passionate about employee experience and process efficiency in a dynamic environment. This role will be responsible for supporting employees, managers, partner teams, and government entities by responding to inquiries and performing HR related activities for data accuracy and compliance. They will be a member of Americas HR Services, accountable for managing cases across multiple businesses and countries. A significant component of this role will involve working with HR Services and CoE programs to develop, design, test, and implement end to end workflows, and ensure the management and improvement of regional processes and solutions.
This role requires a consultative, problem-solving, and programmatic approach to drive consistency in processes and services aligned to both local country legislation and internal policies. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively across geographies and functions - solving complex urgent cases while also influencing processes to ensure they align to cultural and strategic business priorities. By using metrics and identifying trends through case work and employee feedback, this individual will identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change through standardization and scalable solutions.
