Day shift, Monday to Friday, flex schedule
Dynamic team Staffinity is seeking an HR Relations for a large Canadian client. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday and the position ideally will be full-time in the North York office. The employer will also consider a flex rotation to ensure that there is always one HR professional in the office. Responsibilities:

• Build, facilitate and support employee relations and communications

• Perform essential HR functions and administration

• Responsible for the recruitment process

• Provide day to day support to teams and managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

• 5+ years administration experience covering all areas of HR

• Experience recruiting in IT related roles

• Excellent knowledge of local legislation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
