Your Responsibilities:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for various recruitment and selection. Include conducting intake meetings, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing applicants, assessing and evaluating appliance qualifications to determine their suitability for employment. Lead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, focusing on senior and specialized positions within our industry. Employ a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing and assessment strategies to attract the best talent. Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage this knowledge to enhance recruitment tactics and strategies. benefits coordinator - enrolling new employees, working along side our benefits provider

Who We're Looking For:

A recruitment professional with significant experience in the graphic design, signage, or closely related industries. Proven ability to think creatively and strategically in the recruitment process. A track record of successfully filling a range of complex and senior roles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Must have a strong commitment for teamwork.
