Reporting to the CEO & HR Manager, HR / Payroll Administrator is responsible for billing, backup payroll, timecards, and assistant to the CEO and HR Manager:
Be a backup for Payroll specifically in ADP
Responsible for Timecard entries
Assist the HR manager with policy updates and maintenance of personnel files
Support the annual performance reviews with HR Manager
Support and administrative work for the CEO
Assist with the HR Portal
Organize and support the orientation of new staff
Working with the Payroll administrator in billing
Must be flexible and have the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
Ability to prepare documents, reports and spreadsheets and assist with record keeping
Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Appropriate experience working in a healthcare environment
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience in ADP
Experience with HR processes
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
