HR Operations Co-op Student

This is an

unpaid co-op position

with an immediate start date. The position offers valuable exposure to office administration, scheduling, HR, and operations management within the security industry. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the efficient operation of office processes.

What You'll Do as an HR Operations Co-op Student:



Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and setting up employee files. Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Assist with scheduling and operations task. Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues.

What You'll Bring to the Team:



Education:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant post-secondary program (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).

Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confidentiality:

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Pay: $41,889.43-$71,138.35 per year
