We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and change management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage HR programs and initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.
Develop and manage HR programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Utilize various HRIS systems.
Supervise our staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Collaborate with management on budgeting for HR initiatives and programs.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement within the HR function.
Prepare and deliver presentations on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to stakeholders.
Skills
Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
Proven negotiation skills to facilitate conflict resolution and employee agreements.
Experience in supervising with a focus on performance management.
Ability to conduct interviews effectively and utilize HR sourcing techniques for recruitment.
Strong analytical skills for data analysis related to HR metrics and reporting.
Familiarity with payroll processes and systems to ensure accurate compensation management.
