Our Client is seeking a dedicated, Hands on and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring effective management of human resources within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Duties
Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Utilize HRIS systems such as iCIMS, Dayforce, Bamboo, or SAP for tracking employee data and managing HR functions.
Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Mange all CNESST files from beginning to end
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, including interviewing techniques and performance management.
Monitor attendance and manage timekeeping systems such as Kronos or Lever to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Participate in HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within a corporate environment.
Familiarity with HR software such as iCIMS, Kronos, Bamboo, SAP, Dayforce, or other HRIS platforms.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in human resources management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
