This is a new position within our growing company. We are seeking a motivated individual to build our HR department. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process to attract top talent.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs for staff development.
Support project management initiatives related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Participate in the development of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in interviewing, recruiting, and employee relations.
Familiarity with HR software systems such as Oracle, Kronos, Dayforce, or SAP is highly desirable.
Strong data collection and analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
Excellent project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
