Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting VoPay's HR functions, ensuring a positive employee experience, and fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace. This role encompasses various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.

Compliance:

Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. Update company policies as needed.

Payroll & Benefits:

Support payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs.

Performance Management:

Assist in the execution of performance review cycles and support professional development initiatives.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
