Job Description

In this role, you will manage various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection for both permanent and casual/seasonal roles
• Implement training and development programs
• Manage performance review processes and employee development plans
• Support payroll processing, acting as a primary backup when necessary
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Conduct HR audits and drive improvement initiatives
• Mediate and resolve conflicts in the workplace

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in HR-related roles
• CHRP certification is an asset
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Understanding of ESA and current employment regulations
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and French
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
