We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist for our office located in North York. Reporting to Upper Management, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for working with people.
Responsibilities
Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation and training programs.
Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through various platforms and managing the applicant tracking system.
Collaborate with management on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions..
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in human resources or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
