About the Role
Reporting to the Director of HR and Strategic Initiatives, the
HR Generalist
will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Schedule
: Full-Time; Monday-Friday (On-site)
Compensation
: $63,000 - $70,000/year
The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Experience
: 3+ years in Human Resources
HR Focus
: Experience with talent acquisition, onboarding, employment agreements, and OH&S
Attitude
: Positive, extroverted, and comfortable speaking to groups
Tech-Savvy
: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using HR software

: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
What Your Day Will Look Like
Employee Records Management
:
Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Recruitment Support
: Assist in the recruitment process from job postings to interview coordination
Onboarding
:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientations
Employee Inquiries
:
Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing assistance on policies, and procedures
HR Systems & Reporting
: Generate and analyze HR reports, tracking key workforce metrics, and supporting data-driven decision-making
Reward & Recognition
:
Conduct research and analysis of competitive compensation practices to support reward and recognition programs
OH&S Compliance
:
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
HR Projects
:
Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance and expand HR initiatives and programs, driving efficiency and employee engagement
