Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, HR Generalist works as a member of a team of professionals responsible for providing a full suite of human resource services and consultation to support clients in one or more areas within the operation.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job postings
Coordinate and facilitate interview process, reference checks, and offers
Manage onboarding for new hires to integrate successfully
Prepare onboarding materials, schedule orientation, and coordinate with IT and relevant departments
Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Work with leaders to ensure team efficiency regarding staffing needs
Generate various employee lifecycle documents (offer letters, promotion letters, termination letters)
Other HR projects as required
Requirements:
3-5+ years of Human Resources experience demonstrating knowledge of talent development, recruitment strategy, and performance management
Degree in Human Resources or related
Strong working knowledge of employment regulations
Ability to influence without authority
Develop and maintain effective working relationships
