HR Executive
to join our team in
Toronto
. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee evaluations.
Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement activities.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Promote a positive organizational culture and support employee retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR or related roles (Toronto experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
