Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and development programs.
Assist with payroll preparation and leave management.
Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback coordination.
Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws and company HR policies.
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR matters.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
Promote a healthy and inclusive work culture across all departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
