Job Description

Our client located in North York is looking for an HR Director for a long-term contract opportunity (18 months) working 100% onsite. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operational functions, the HR Director will develop and execute the Company\'s human resources strategy and be in charge of day-to-day management of human resource services including but not limited to, employee and labour relations, recruitment and retention, training and development, HR policies and procedures, health and safety, compensation programs, and benefit plan administration.

The HR Director will have:
- CHRP Designation.
- 10+ years of human resource management experience
- Related experience within unionized environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
