1. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
2. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees in HR system;
3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
4. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
5. Conduct onboarding and initial orientation to newly hired employees when necessary;
6. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
7. Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews when necessary.
8. Other tasks assigned by Human Resource Manager.
