HR Coordinator


Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. Weldco-Beales Manufacturing is currently recruiting a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator. The position will report to the General Manager.

  • Coordinate full cycle recruitment for the branch.
  • Conduct orientation and training programs
  • Participate in implementing HR departmental initiatives.
  • Coordinate the branches performance management system.
  • Ensure HRIS database is up to date.
  • Support foremen with performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with the company policies.
  • Other tasks as deemed necessary.
Your qualifications:
  • Recognized Human Resources Diploma or Degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience within a trades environment
  • Recruitment experience is a must.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset.

  • Excellent communication skills including public speaking.
  • Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others.
  • Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
