L\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe People & Culture du projet Northvolt Six consiste en plusieurs dimensions de travail, telles que : op\xc3\xa9rations RH, r\xc3\xa9mun\xc3\xa9ration, mobilit\xc3\xa9 globale, dotation, etc. Nous travaillons de concert afin d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre un but commun : cr\xc3\xa9er une culture organisationnelle hors-pairs au sein de notre giga-usine situ\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 Saint-Basile-le-Grand/McMasterville. Puisque nous planifions cro\xc3\xaetre de 40 \xc3\xa0 3,000 employ\xc3\xa9.es dans les prochaines ann\xc3\xa9es, nous op\xc3\xa9rerons dans un environnement en constante \xc3\xa9volution. Notre focus sera donc sur la cr\xc3\xa9ation et le maintien d\xe2\x80\x99une culture ax\xc3\xa9e sur la sant\xc3\xa9 et la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 au travail, la qualit\xc3\xa9 de notre production ainsi que l\xe2\x80\x99autonomie de notre main-d\xe2\x80\x99\xc5\x93uvre. \xc3\x80 propos du poste Le poste rel\xc3\xa8vera initialement de notre Directeur People & Culture au sein de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe op\xc3\xa9rations RH. En tant que 3e membre de notre \xc3\xa9quipe RH, c\'est une opportunit\xc3\xa9 unique de rejoindre le projet d\xc3\xa8s ses d\xc3\xa9buts et de participer \xc3\xa0 des projets multidisciplinaires \xc3\xa0 fort impact. Nous aurons besoin de soutien sur les sujets suivants :

  • Onboarding : revitaliser notre programme d\'int\xc3\xa9gration et son contenu, ainsi que g\xc3\xa9rer les parties prenantes (\xc3\xa9quipe Workspace, TI, gestionnaires, etc.). Vous serez \xc3\xa9galement le visage de Northvolt et accueillerez les nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9.es lors de leurs premiers jours, animant les sessions "Culture Boost" et "HR Toolkit" pour assurer une int\xc3\xa9gration en douceur pour tous.
  • SIRH : vous serez form\xc3\xa9 afin de devenir notre super-utilisateur du syst\xc3\xa8me d\'information RH, veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que les nouvelles recrues aient leurs informations correctement saisies et stock\xc3\xa9es dans notre syst\xc3\xa8me. Puisque notre SIRH est int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 plusieurs autres syst\xc3\xa8mes que nous utilisons, il est essentiel d\'avoir un solide processus de validation des donn\xc3\xa9es en partenariat avec nos \xc3\xa9quipes recrutement et finance.
  • Administration de la paie et des avantages sociaux : garantir que nous ex\xc3\xa9cutons des cycles de paie conformes, y compris la gestion des d\xc3\xa9penses. G\xc3\xa9rez notre plateforme d\'avantages sociaux et de retraite et soutenir les employ\xc3\xa9.es avec des questions li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 ces programmes.
  • Analyse de donn\xc3\xa9es : collaborer avec nos \xc3\xa9quipes globales pour garantir que diff\xc3\xa9rentes parties prenantes aient acc\xc3\xa8s \xc3\xa0 des tableaux de bord intuitifs pouvant \xc3\xaatre exploit\xc3\xa9s pour soutenir nos initiatives de gestion des talents.
  • Soutien aux employ\xc3\xa9.es et aux gestionnaires : agissez comme premi\xc3\xa8re ligne de soutien aux employ\xc3\xa9.es et gestionnaires afin d\xe2\x80\x99assurer que nos processus et nos projets soient correctement assimil\xc3\xa9s et que notre culture est int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9e dans toutes les dimensions de notre giga-usine.

As the 3rd member of our HR team, this is a unique opportunity to join the project at an early-stage and get involved in multidisciplinary, high-impact projects. At the moment, we will need support on the below topics:
  • Onboarding: support in revamping our onboarding program and its content, as well as managing stakeholders (workspace, IT, hiring managers, etc.) You\'ll also get to be the face of Northvolt and welcome new employees on their first days, leading the "Culture Boost" and "HR Toolkit" sessions to ensure a smooth integration for all.
  • HR Information System: you will be trained to become our HRIS super-user, ensuring that new employees have their information properly entered and stored in our system. Since our HRIS is integrated to several other tools we are using, it is paramount to have a strong data validation process in partnership with our TA and Finance teams.
  • Payroll & Benefits Admin: support in ensuring that we run timely and compliant payroll cycles, including expense management. Manage our benefits & pension platform and support employees with queries related to our program.
  • People Data: partner with our global teams to ensure different stakeholders have access to intuitive dashboards that can be leveraged to support our talent management initiatives.
  • Employee & Manager support: act as first line of support to employees and managers to ensure our processes & projects are properly absorbed and our culture infused within all areas of the factory.
About the team The People & Culture team at Northvolt Six consists of many work-streams, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Rewards, Global Mobility, etc. Together we collaborate on one goal: create a world-class employee experience at our gigafactory located in Saint-Basile-le-Grand/McMasterville. This will be no easy task - as we scale from 40 to 4,000 employees in the coming few years, we will be operating in an incredibly fast-paced environment that will constantly evolve. - What we\'re looking for:
  • You are bold, passionate and ready to develop your HR competencies at the speed of light.

  • You have previous experience or interest in the industrial, manufacturing or tech/start-up spheres.
  • You are interested in working in a factory environment, more specifically from our site located in the Saint-Basile-le-Grand/McMasterville municipalities. Kindly note that for the next months, you will be based in the Montreal office.
