Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman is seeking an HR Coordinator to support staffing and talent management activities across the Americas. You will work closely with the Talent Management Team to collect and disseminate information needed for the weekly staffing process and to ensure that all details for projects and staffing assignments are accurately recorded in the system. The Coordinator plays an important role in supporting performance management processes and helps increase the effectiveness of the talent function by providing regular reports and ad-hoc analyses.

***This is a hybrid role that will require a presence in the office 3 days per week. There is no option to be fully remote.***

Key Responsibilities:

Project Staffing:

Assist in collecting and disseminating information relating to the weekly staffing cycle

Support talent managers with pulling Consultant bios and project reviews as requested

Attend weekly staffing meetings

Track mobility issues, holidays, trainings, background checks and other ad-hoc staffing enabling tasks

Assist talent managers with staffing transactions specifically as vacation coverage

Consultant Development and Performance Management:

Work with our performance management team to ensure project review requests are generated accurately and timely

Produce project review reports as requested and support chasing of outstanding reviews

Help organize calibration meetings during the year end process

Create and populate meeting folders with relevant performance management documents to support the Career Review process

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Maintain accuracy of the talent management system, making updates to reflect weekly staffing decisions

Coordinate Workday updates for Talent Management related fields

Generate pre-defined and ad hoc reports

Assist with reviewing weekly utilization reports, cross reference with Retain to ensure latest information is captured

Assist with the assembly of the project pipeline and consultant availability reports

Assist with linking project codes and client pipeline opportunities in the talent management system

Manage ad hoc analysis on Talent Management activities

Experience Required:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent work experience

2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment

Proficiency with data analysis and reporting and experience working with a resource management system highly desirable

Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred

Excellent Excel skills, proficient in word and PowerPoint, and propensity to quickly pick up and learn new systems (e.g., Retain, CRM, etc)

Skills/Attributes:

Very high attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to organize, prioritize and manage one\xe2\x80\x99s day and schedule effectively to meet deadlines

Self-motivated and proactive; someone who takes full ownership of their work with flexibility to prioritize or reprioritize as needed

Thrives on collaboration and is a strong team player

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor the message to fit the audience

Positive, proactive and continually seeks ways to improve processes
