The Role




The

HR Coordinator provides general human resources support to the HR team in relation to various HR functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and HRIS administration


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:



Responsible for coordinating, tracking, and entering all temporary field manpower

Responsible for tracking, booking, updating all internal training requirements

Contacting candidates to conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews and perform reference checks

Organize, attend, and participate in career fairs

Assist employees with common HR/Payroll related queries or directing them to appropriate personnel

Maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Provide information, documents, and relevant forms to employees

Provide reception relief and other administrative tasks as required



WHAT YOU BRING:






Completion of diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

Previous experience in payroll, onboarding and recruitment is considered an asset

Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and work towards tight and often conflicting deadlines

Ability to handle direction and guidance from multiple sources: and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment

Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
