HR Assistant, Total Rewards Programs - Co-op - Duration: January - April

Do you want to be part of the modernization of LCBO's Total Rewards Program? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards Programs, the HR Assistant, Total Rewards Programs - Co-op Undergraduate will support the Total Rewards Programs team in the development and delivery of projects, initiatives, and day to day operational activities related to recognition programs.

About the Role

  • Assist with the development, planning, coordination, and execution of various Total Rewards initiatives such as Employee Appreciation Week, Leader Recognition Hub, and Career Milestone Awards program
  • Assist with the development of new non-cash recognition programs/initiatives
  • Support coordination of activities for the Career Milestone Award program
  • Respond to Total Rewards Program inquiries and triage accordingly
  • Support in the design & development of a Total Rewards Programs dashboard
  • Partner with key stakeholders in supporting the data gathering process
  • Provide input for design of dashboard
  • Document overall process and content
  • Support development and tracking of key recognition metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct analysis and research, including best practices review and recommendations for program enhancements
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to the design, development, execution of the LCBO's Total Rewards modernization projects
About You
  • Currently enrolled in Post-Secondary education in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to be highly precise and accurate
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to use analytic tools including ability to analyze large and diverse data to create recommendations, and advanced Excel skills and ability to use advanced functions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to write clear, understandable recommendations, procedures, and reports
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Total Rewards team members and other stakeholders
