Position: HR Assistant

- 6 sick daysYour profile:- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual to communicate with employees in other provinces, strong level in French preferredYour role:- Respond to emails received in the general HR inboxes and handle cases according to established procedures whenever possible or forward them to the appropriate person
- Ensure proper routing of forms requiring approvals
- Update a document and prepare associated communication for dissemination to all divisions
- Conduct background checks on candidates before preparing the employment offer documents once the file is complete
- Prepare necessary documents for team members to adequately facilitate the onboarding and integration of new employees
- Receive documents signed by employees that need to be compiled in their virtual files before being sent to the payroll department for filing
