Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a NW Edmonton-based supply chain organization to hire an experienced HR Assistant to support their team for a 3 month contract, with potential for extension!Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR team.
- Assist with employee relations matters and documentation.
- Help administer HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is required.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
