Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a NW Edmonton-based supply chain organization to hire an experienced HR Assistant to support their team for a 3 month contract, with potential for extension!Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR team.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and documentation.
  • Help administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is required.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
