About the Position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at Payne Transportation Ltd. Key Responsibilities

Owner operator payroll administration.

Oversee and manage the Owner Operator benefit plan.

Staff HR and payroll support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education payroll or human resources or an intent to pursue is an asset.

Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Truckmate an asset.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in pursuing a career in payroll and or human resources.
