Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in both Human Resources and Payroll processes? Join our dynamic team as an HR and Payroll Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations while ensuring accurate payroll administration. Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration:

• Accurately process semi-monthly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll cycles using designated payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and employee compensation.
• Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, and tax filings, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support audits and reporting.
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries, including discrepancies, tax forms, and benefit deductions.

Human Resource Functions:

• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and processing terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Implement and manage HR programs such as training, engagement initiatives, and performance appraisals.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both payroll administration and human resources functions.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or Workday) and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and payroll regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high-level accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and/or a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
