Le role du.de la Conseiller.ere RH est d'offrir du support et des conseils sur un large eventail de questions relatives aux ressources humaines : relations avec les employe.e.s, attraction et retention, apprentissage et developpement, remuneration et avantages, gestion de la performance, interpretation des politiques et respect du droit du travail. Faisant partie d'une equipe RH proactive et innovatrice, le.la Conseiller.ere RH contribue a faire vivre les valeurs de l'entreprise et a encourager un environnement sain, positif et inclusif.

Responsabilites





Offrir des conseils et soutien aux employe.e.s et gestionnaires, en matiere d'integration, relations employes, gestion de la performance, leadership, conges et absences, politiques et processus, etc. et escalader les situations complexes en cas de besoin. Contribuer au developpement, a l'application et a la mise a jour des politiques de l'entreprise conformement a la legislation, et proposer des changements et initiatives pour developper les meilleures pratiques RH au sein de l'entreprise. Mener ou participer aux projets RH, lies a diverses disciplines comme l'attraction, l'accueil et l'integration, la remuneration et les avantages sociaux, l'evaluation de postes, la performance, la reconnaissance, la marque employeur, l'optimisation de processus, la formation et le developpement des competences, la retention, etc. S'impliquer dans le cycle complet de l'employe.e et s'assurer que les questions RH soient traitees de facon impartiale, equitable et en coherence avec la legislation et les valeurs et les objectifs de l'entreprise. Contribuer au processus d'immigration en gerant les demandes de permis de travail et leurs renouvellements, et en soutenant les employe.e.s dans leurs demarches de residence permanente. Creer et mettre a jour les outils RH, les processus, la documentation interne et les gabarits afin d'assurer l'efficacite du departement et l'accessibilite de l'information pour l'equipe. Participer au mentorat des membres plus juniors de l'equipe en leur offrant de l'assistance (contrats, administration, questions) et en revisant la qualite de service fourni par le departement. Agir en tant que support a la Directrice RH et au recrutement en ce qui concerne les diagnostics et rapports RH.

Qualifications





Baccalaureat ou Maitrise en ressources humaines, ou equivalent. 5-7 annees d'experience dans un role similaire. Solides connaissances en loi du travail et meilleures pratiques. Sens de l'organisation et de la planification, capable de prioriser les taches. Excellent sens de jugement et competences analytiques. Grand niveau de professionnalisme et axe vers le service client. Force de proposition, creatif et oriente solutions. Excellente maitrise de la suite Google et familiarite avec un systeme RH et des procedures associees. Excellentes habiletes redactionnelles et de communication. Connaissances en immigration (un atout). Grand esprit d'equipe et attitude positive. Connaissances de l'industrie des effets visuels ou des films d'animation (un atout). Bilinguisme francais-anglais a l'ecrit comme a l'oral.

The role of the HR Advisor is to provide support and advice on various areas of HR such as : employee relations, attraction and retention, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, policy interpretation and compliance with employment law. As part of a proactive and innovative HR team, the HR Advisor helps bring to life the company's values and fosters a healthy, positive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities





Provide advice and support to employees and managers on onboarding , employee relations, performance management, leadership, leaves and absences, policies and processes, etc., and escalate complex situations as required. Contribute to the elaboration, application and updating of company policies in line with legislation, and propose changes and initiatives to develop HR best practices within the company. Participate in, and sometimes lead, HR projects related to various disciplines such as attraction, onboarding and integration, compensation and benefits, job evaluation, performance, recognition, employer branding, process optimization, training and skills development, retention, etc. Be involved in the full employee life cycle and ensure that HR issues are dealt with impartially, fairly and in line with legislation and the company's values and objectives. Contribute to the immigration process by administering work permit applications and renewals, and supporting employees in their permanent residency applications. Create and update HR tools, processes, internal documentation and templates to ensure departmental efficiency and accessibility of information to the team. Ensure the department provides a service of high quality by mentoring more junior members of the team and reviewing their work (contracts, administration, response to queries) Support the Head of HR and Recruitment by providing HR data, diagnostics and reports as needed



Qualifications





Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent. 5-7 years' experience in HR Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices Organizational and planning skills, able to prioritize tasks Excellent judgment and analytical skills High level of professionalism, and a demonstrated customer service approach Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented. Excellent command of Google Suite and familiarity with an HR system and associated procedures Excellent writing and communication skills. Knowledge of immigration (an asset). Strong team spirit and positive attitude. Knowledge of the visual effects or animated film industry (an asset). Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.
