Hammond Manufacturing is looking for a HR Administrator to assist our HR department for a 12-18 month contract. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing human resources services, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related letters, correspondences. Owning the external recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with payroll, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases
Manage HR front desk and answer all employee inquiries
Providing letters, vouchers or appropriate forms for employees
Own recruitment cycle (Post jobs, pre-screen, schedule interviews, prepare employment contracts, complete background checks, onboarding, employee orientations)
Filing (electronic and manual)
Assist with company social events
Assist with other admin tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Previous Human Resources experience preferred
Experience with Outlook & MS Office
