Job Description

Whitewater is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Administrator to support our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, from maintaining employee records and assisting HR programs to supporting onboarding and assisting with day-to-day HR queries. Responsibilities:



Review and maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards

Review and process all documentation related to employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities

Coordinate and administer HR programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company objectives

Oversee disability management processes, including documentation and case follow-up with benefit provider

Monitor and ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulations, and internal policies

Handle general HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as appropriate

Develop, update, and manage job descriptions to accurately reflect current roles and responsibilities

Assist with office administration tasks such as mail, supply ordering, and meeting coordination

Collaborate with payroll and other departments to ensure accurate and timely information sharing

Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication, as required

Contribute to ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role

Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices

Proficiency with Dayforce HRIS systems an asset

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
