Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties and a variety of cleaning tasks in public areas and suites.
Responsibilities
:
Public Areas:
Clean lobby glass doors, registration desk, and vacuum.
Maintain cleanliness and supplies in public restrooms.
Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, vacuum, and glass doors.
Water outdoor hotel flowers.
Laundry & Staff Areas:
Clean guest laundry facilities and assist with excess laundry.
Clean offices, front office areas, associate break room, and associate bathroom.
Replenish supplies in staff areas as needed.
Guest Services:
Communicate suite status changes to the Front Desk.
Assist with maintenance-related guest complaints.
Deliver amenities (cribs, roll-away beds, etc.) and log their locations.
Respond to guest special requests and questions courteously.
Safety & Compliance:
Know and follow hotel emergency procedures.
Ensure pool and spa maintenance meets manufacturer and health department standards.
Other Duties:
Perform any reasonable tasks requested by management.
Maintain cleanliness and supplies in public restrooms.
Clean and maintain pool area, including spa water and bromine levels.
Clean exercise room: mirrors, equipment, trash, vacuum, and glass doors.
Water outdoor hotel flowers.
Skills
Proven experience in cleaning roles; hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
